Since the game is played going upwards you have to be aware of what is happening on all levels of play when applicable

The spheres do all fit in the gutter around the board but you do have to put them all in a certain way with two opposite corners having balls right in the corners and the other two with spheres on either side as shown in the photo

As you avoid some situations you will find yourself trying to put your opponent in dilemmas where whatever they do will leave you an opening

However i also think that the game situations are somewhat limited as a result and while this is a great way to spend 1020 minutes it wont be as interesting as other games
