I was a little concerned with all the stories of coil whine with the rtx2080 series but i have to say that i havent had any whine at all except maybe from my credit card

Fan start stop is good however temps quite quickly creep up to 60 degrees even on web browsing so the fans will kick in

With the same settings and vr it can only handle 45fps but it is a consistent fps whereas the previous card dropped to mid thirties sometimes under load

The back plate is soft plastic so time will tell if the card will bend
