I dont quite understand what the function of the front pocket is supposed to be but will say that it is rather small so it doesnt seem like it would store much of anything including ice after a csection as other reviewers have mentioned

Im an apple shape not hippy even when not pregnant so if you carry your weight in the buttthighs they may not work as well for you
