This newer version does not have the removable rubber restrictor

Instead there is a white plastic restrictor screwed in

Since i was not happy with the flow and pressure i left the plastic restrictor in place and drilled out the hole on the plastic restrictor to about double its original opening

However apparently my well water pressure is not high enough for it to be high powered like other reviewers have claimed

If i had to go back i would remove maybe 34 of it with a drill instead of all of it
