I cant get it to cut 1 sheet of vinyl or backing for embroidery if its longer than 10

The vinyl just ends up stretching at that point and the backing bends over the edge

It seems like there must be a gap or something at that point that doesnt allow it to cut anything thicker than paper at that spot

I think its a great price for the size of the cutter but if it cant cut through 1 piece of 10 vinyl i could have just kept using my 12 cutter

The product was delivered at the far end of the range promised and when we received it a small piece of the handle was broken off but instead of sending it back we just super glued it back together
