Pros

Padded seat, adjustable foot rest and seat height. I use the lo position, where my desk seat is at the lowest position. Only complaint so far is the padding could be more dense in the seat for those long work from home days on video conferences.

Cons

Worst part is the height adjustment. This causes friction on the piston so it won't slide down. Foam cushion is cheap.
