Pros

Read #4 in two sessions. Episode at a time in a string of exciting reading. Minor errors in the grand scheme of things - but bothersome to some readers.

Just an awesome series about john milton. I'm hooked and will be starting book six in the series soon. Can't wait to read her adventures now.

Mark dawson is sure to provide you with compelling reading spiced with nibbles of detail. His helping others books are good, but righting the wrongs done by control both to milton and rose and country would have been totally satisfying and perfect if ...  Read More

John milton is a fabulously complex character, “brave and selfless, and a brilliant soldier’! Milton's character keeps the reader engaged through each plotline. They are the true heroes and angels among us who for the most part go unsung.

Beatrix rose and milton are both in hiding from their former boss, control. Deadly power and corruption bring two sanctioned assassins together for revenge.

Cons

The story is quite disconnected with gaps in explanations. For example how a woman dying of cancer in hong kong suddenly appears in russia as a super assassin, makes no sense. The book spends too much time discussing the scenery and what people are ea...  Read More

Mark dawson was kind enough to answer my query regarding the beatrix rose series of stories and i now have an idea that they should be read as follows 1 phoenix 2 white devil 3 nine dragons 4 dragon head 5 tempest 6 ghosts

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Or if you prefer after phoenix read the first 8 chapters of ghosts then save chapters 950 to follow tempest

I think the reason is it is more personal

His helping others books are good but righting the wrongs done by control both to milton and rose and country would have been totally satisfying and perfect if the end had been slightly different
