The packaging included a wrist lanyard that i had been looking for but was unsure of the correct name

The downside of the lanyard is that the hole for the lanyard is at the top of the phone where the speaker is instead of at the bottom of the case which makes it awkward when wearing the lanyard as you would have to hold the phone upside down when walking and making it almost impossible to hold your phone and type while wearing the lanyard

Also the charging port is pretty deep which only allows charging access to apple issued chargers
