The corners protrude and look like theyd be pretty effective at absorbing the shock from a drop if the hit was to any of the sides

The front of the case protrudes a little for some protection of the screen though it looks like if theres a facedown drop of the phone onto a hard surface from some height im not sure it would be enough to keep the screen safe

Has generous lip on the front all the cut outs are well aligned and even thou its not a slim case it doesnt add a lot of size to the phone

The clear option is not really clear clear but kind of clearish

For the clear option the ghostek logo shown in black is actually transparently imprinted can barely see it

The raised corners do give your screen some room for safety and not to mention that this case fits like a glove with my tempered glass screen protector
