    Hi the hair iron is great however the plug was not shaped correctly the two pins on the plug the one was shaped correctly but the other was not shaped properly so it could not go into the wall plug i had to got and get it changed

    Was skeptical about ordering per the reviews but ordered it 102 and received it 104 and it looks exactly like my ghd that just died after five years
