One of the bases was missing the magnetic disk to secure the dot and they responded immediately via there facebook page and solved the problem

I really like the concept of the battery pack i actually have changed my battery pack from the echo dot to the echo 5 i guess when buying either one of these products of alexis you really have to look at the date and if its an upgrade or not because it really sucks that i thought that i was getting the newer of the echoes but i will i really like it anyways picture qualities pretty good doesnt really explain much in the instructions
