I downloaded the efamilycloud app but actually ended up using the tuya app as i have several smart plugs from other brands that are using so it was great to be able to use an app i already had to control this smart plug with my smart phone

It took me a while to figure out how to set up with google assistant but after a bit of searching you have to link “smart life” there was no efamilycloud on the home app using the same login credentials
