The material is usable is a variety of places. It gives a lot of very practical and tangible advice. A bit idealistic but useful approach to negotiating with difficult negotiating partners.
Easy reading and highly enjoyable. The book reads easily and the print size is good. Very informative and reads well.
Ury offers some proven breakthrough strategy for you to be successful. Your goal at this stage is to disarm him by stepping to his side. Great examples used for clarity.
