Pros
Light has slide switch and rocker switch to change between low and high brightness. Brightness can be adjusted from minimum to full brightness. At night, use the low lights for a little light and the brighter light for cooking.
The work flawlessly. Updating kitchen and our electrician recommended these. Wanted to share the look and feel of them with anyone who’s interested and debating on purchasing these.
Once past the installation, i love the way they light up the space. There were no problems in getting a replacement under their 5 year warranty.
Cons
The built-in power supply is nice, but makes me resent the price. Why would you sell a product that one, requires you to purchase a new unit when it stops working and two, requires an electrician to install?
The lesson is, firstly do not buy amazon brand lights. On the 40 the switch necessary to change the light color is faulty.

Protip use small twist ties instead of the junction type connectors as they take us less space
