Pros
The pump works great—primes and pumps easily. The best thing is that one press gives a generous dollop of shampoo/conditioner, so you aren't pushing the button a million times like some sort of trained hamster.
Perfect size for my large nexxus bottles. The straw that goes inside the bottle is purposely extra-long so that it can be customized for bottles of different heights.
Cons
Very frustrating. Really disappointed in this pump. I have liter bottles of kerastase shampoo and conditioner, and these do not fit.
When i attached the cap/squirt top to the bottle, the squirt top refuses to “pop up” so as to be able to dispense shampoo. One is very defective and unusable.

I had no issue unlocking minejust twist and pull up the top section while holding the bottom part tightly on the bottle

Some of the onestar reviewers here apparently didn’t realize that you are supposed to trim the straw to fit your specific product
