Pros
Great for explaining exercises and providing routines. You don't need to think about creating your workouts, you just follow the instructions workout by workout. The last month is very challenging.
My biggest takeaways are 1. It lays everything out in the most basic manner, which is exactly what someone like me needed. Plus material in between to educate and motivate you. The resistance is progressive. Simplicity is genius!
This book does a fantastic job of detailing specifics for progressing in calisthenic training. It’s a remarkably solid program to focus on when you’ve been drinking from the proverbial fire hose.

I think what you have to bear in mind about this book is that it’s more geared towards those who already have a decent amount of calisthenics experience and training for the following reasons1

While each exercise comes with a good picture and subsequent description the kavadlo brothers previous written works go into more detail and include more illustrations of the exercises included in this tome
