What a remarkable man and a remarkable story. He talks about what we say to ourselves mentally and how it influences our lives. To illustrate his points he gives examples from his life as well as from friends and patients.

This is a no-nonsense book full with practical advice. It is very practical, very specific, very readable. One needs to repeat read it. This is one that i will have to reread over and over again.
