It cooks well, browns the meat well and easy to clean the surface. Great alternative to bbq and propane. Food comes out great and can actually bbq now.

Took only 10 minutes to setup out of the box. Easy to assemble. We live in an apartment and can not use gas, propane or charcoal, so this is a perfect alternative.

Its compact and light weight size is perfect for condos and apartments where space is at a premium. Perfect for condo / apartments. Easy to set up and isperfect for the condo balcony. Does the job in my condo.

It is totally removable for easy cleaning, unlike the 240s model. Clean up is a breeze. Only thing i don't like is the cleaning tray.

Temperature probe is still finicky. Pre-heated to maximum but would not hold the temperature. Very cheaply made.

Cleanup is not as easy as expected unless you hose it off in the yard with a high pressure nozzle. There are grease stains all over my siding and when you attach the lid to the side the grease just drips onto the ground causing more grease stains.
