Samsung makes the filters easy to change & once you do the initial flush, they do their thing without a problem. Shipped out immediately with no shipping charges. I order these filters every 6 months as the fringe remind me.

Do yourself a favor and hard pass on this garbage. Cartridges are quite expensive and would not like to dispose of it.

The fakes look just like the real thing but do not include samsung's authentication strip and magnet. Without the box, i suspect it is counterfeit. Reading other reviews, it appears to be a scam product.

Have no way of contacting the company and asking for assistance. Can't return them. There is no way to contact the seller to return the defective filter.

Water flow seems slower than normal. Theres a weird reside on the top of the filter. They are just a bit off which caused my water dispenser to flow without stopping. It's more of a sporadic flow.
