Pros

Had the old one (damaged in a car wash) out in 2 minutes, and the new one in just as fast. Moreover, it is considerably less expensive than one from gm. Good price. A little pricey, but no issues with fit or delivery.

The lens is molded into the lamp housing. Solid housing, brightness and the seal works flawlessly. Remove your old wire harness off your old light and keep it as a spare.

Cons

Piece of junk, two bulbs already out. The oem gasket is terrible and barely seals along top edge. If you have water in your cab it's probably from these lights.
