Pros

The magpul knob allows you to get a very good grip with your thumb and forefinger, and effectively locks down the bipod from pan and cant, whereas on the b&t bipod, you can still rotate and cant the rifle as if the knob wasn't tightened enough. Th...  Read More

Best bi pod on the market. Worth every penny. I love this product & it is very versatile.

If you want a top of the line bipod with cant, pan, and lots of leg positions, it’s nearly unbeatable. The pan and tilt and leg adjustments allow for greater range of motion and positional stability.

Cons

Counterfeit - fake - buyer beware, this was my 2nd atlas bipod order, the item i received is not an authentic atlas bi-pod. It sits very loosely on the bottom rails of all my firearms. Does not provide accurate, steady position.

Quality

It was easy to install is very sturdy and well made

Put this bipod on my ruger precision rifle and am very happy with how sturdy and rigid it is

Leaps and bounds above a harris imo

Legs lock into place and stay there

Price

With the highest price on the market

Make sure you spend the extra 40 on this model legs have the grooves

Well just like anything you get what you pay for

I think they should be priced a little better but it is what it is

Shipping

Both of mine ordered from two different amazon vendors came that way

Packaging/appearance

It came in a plastic bag with a yellow piece of paper and folded up directions

Please note bt changed their packaging this year

Competitiveness

Bipod adjustments are very simple and efficient compared to competitors

They are my only basis for comparisonpros for the atlas1

I have two bipods from a competitor that are very sturdy but heavier and not as easy to use

Considering that and the fact that the atlas is way better than a harris an atlas is more affordable and convenient
