This year i invested in gel bead breast forms 80 each because they can be worn in the water too

I am a 38 bc and i got a large as per the size chart on the packaging

But please but from a store and take the bra out of the packaging to visualize the size

Competitiveness

I got 3x because i am a 40d and they were a little tight compared to walmarts version of 2x which fits perfectly

I have never had any issues with a uniboob with these unless the pad shifts lol

The only con is that this is more of a bra youd wear under a tshirt or a conservative cut piece of clothing

I have found them to be itchy at times and although they do give me some lift they create a uniboob
