Only down side turns out to be the swivel feature which i appear to have over looked before purchasing but it is not a show stopper by any means and may be just the ticket for another user

Because of the ball bearings inside of the disk the swivel is very loose so be careful when turning your laptop so that it doesnt fly off the stand
