Pros

It is excellent in almost all situations where measuring 90 or 45 degrees is necessary. It's durable and accurate.

The display timeout feature is helpful because minimal movement re-activates the display while in a leg pocket. Good build quality. What a time saver for a value price.

This protractor is easy to set up and very accurate. After figuring that out, easy peasy. The * are intuitive.

Cons

The locking mechanism is poor. It's either super loose or ridiculously tight. Electronics are poor at randomly zeros out, power cuts out sometimes. Display only shows all 8's when inserting battery.

The zero button broke in half when pushing the button today. Tried removing and reinstalling several times. Seems like other reviewers have had the same problem.

You're better off going to home depot or lowes. Get a 6 wide board with a dead-flat edge. Now, rotate the gauge to 135 degrees and register again against the flat edge.

This relatively inexpensive digital protractor is the most accurate and easy to use ive owned
