Pros
This steam cleaner cleans my jewelry better than any sonic cleaner. It gets my diamond super clean and sparkly. It works very well, but occasionally you'll have to get the dirt free with a toothbrush and a light scrubbing to get it really shiney.
It's best to use it near a sink, or with a towel under the nozzle. I just wish there was a way of knowing how much water remains in the tank, so i don't overfill.
Cons
Used maybe twice a day and didn't last any longer than about a month. They provide one year warranty and do not repair the units only replace. Hammeker schlammecker is a much more reliable and courteous company to deal with.
Not enough pressure to do a really good job of steaming jewelry. If you pressed the steam button all the way down to really get the 40 psi power of steam, it immediately sputters. If i wait for it to'reboot' and try it again, the results are worse.

It had to cool down before you could open the cap which is a good safety feature but when it wouldnt release after 2 days i ended up throwing it out

There was no way to unscrew the cap

It wont be professional jeweler clean far from it but it sure beats looking at really dull jewelry from daytoday use
