Pros

Former jeweler uses gemoro to clean all of his jewelery. Uses water to clean (30-40 to 1) no leak. Excellent jewelry cleaner.

The ultrasonic cleaning is incredible. Even gets very tarnished gold clean and sparkling. Has a sonic cleaner on the top.

Dedicate one electrical socket when using this. The instructions go over that. Turned it on. Easy set up. Easy instruction set.

Still plenty big cleaner and steam reservoir. Little blast of steam after that and perfection. Clenaed about 15 peices of jewelry first time and did not run out of steam.

Cons

The internal components turn to rust unless you empty it completely after every use. It just shoots cold water and mist everywhere while it’s heating up. This cleaner is too expensive, just to make diamonds sparkle.

Do not recommend this product for business nor personal use. Save your time and aggravation. Not convenient at all.

The gemoro ultraspa has a short life expectancy. Manufacturer, sy kessler, plays dumb claiming that they've never had complaints and can't imagine whey their product fails.
