Took off another star because this company should have a return policy regardless whether engraved or not because now were stuck with rings that need silicone coils to fit

Titanium is not easy to size down and itll cost more than rings and ruin them anyway

Anyway company not only apologized but sent me replacements in the new sizes i requested with original engraving which i did not expect free of charge
