After about 4 days of tring to balance a bag of peas of the side of my foot by twisting it round and sitting in a weird position and the bag falling off and slipping around i thouhgt i cant be the only person with this problem ill go on tinternet and see whats what

You need help to get this on and it does slip as soon as you move its a shame as it does work well when you can suss it out

The gel pack is well made and after reading other reviews i tried putting it in the fridge rather than the freezer

Only concern is the strap is starting to wear a little after a few months of on and off use not sure any other product would be any better but may have to replace eventually
