Its really comfortable with the exception of the chest strap
I bought this backpack for a short hiking trip with the cub scouts
Send high quality the main compartment is insulated
It isn’t to heavy even with the water in it which is nice

I have an email in to the company on the hole in the bladder so hopefully i will be able to use the pack soon
About the same size as my 13inch laptop could probably fit it but would have to take the bladder out of the bag
Competitiveness
I have a full bicycle kit in there everything from a multitool to headlamp to spare tubes and still have space left over if i need it
It is a much better value than the higher priced name brands that don’t really offer anything special
This backpack worked well for our 8year old daughter and 10year old son on day hikes in southwest national parks

By the end of our 10 day trip the slots in the top of the hydration bladder ripped through so the velcro straps had nothing to hang onto anymore

These just barely fit on their shoulders so for an upper elementary age averagesize child i wouldnt recommend anything larger

The first time i strapped the bladder in the right side ripped then i noticed the stitching had already come apart on one of the zippers

The only reason i gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is that when you suck on the mouthpiece air tends to leak in from the backside of the mouthpiece so you end up getting less water and more air than you expect
