Tried one on my car door where i sometimes rest my elbow just below the window it never stuck on for more than a few hours

The sill is quite narrow on top and as small as the pad is it just will not fit

The main issue is that the adhesive is really meant as a non skid measure it won’t move around but it is definitely not more that that

You can see in the image that while it sits on the window edge it will not follow the curve of the window well or definitely wouldn’t stick to the side of the door i don’t need that but as an fyi to anyone else
