Pros
The gel soles come with different sizes marked on them so you can cut them to fit. I am a size 6, but cut the insoles to a size 7 and they fit perfectly. I use the above in a ankle boot that i wear for work and find the comfort of it works very well.
Cons
They are comfy but the top of insole is covered with slippery material causing your foot to move inside the shoe and making squeaking noise.
