Does exactly what its supposed to it cant work miracles when the summer nights turn very very sticky but it definitely helps i am pleased with this product with the weather we are now experiencing arrived next day its pretty good it was 26° and went very cold when you used it however eventually it reaches body temp and you have to leave it out for a bit thinking of getting another so i can swap over in the night couldnt have got any sleep without it really good when you first

I use this at some point every night to cool me it does get warm but i throw it off and it cools down again my wife gets great use out of it fantastic helped with my sleep on an ice cold mat in the hot weather
