The outer cover is soft and comfortable against the skin. The ability to mold it to the contours of my body ensures targeted, soothing cold therapy exactly where i need it. I have a bad hip and they mold to the sore spot just right!

Stay cold for 2 minutes then back to lukewarm. It actually freezes not gel like. It get frozen hard, then outer material gets wet when melting.

They advertise 5x10 when they are actually 4x8. Just be aware when ordering. Do not recommend, it’s cheap junk and will hurt you.
