This assortment is the best i've seen. I like that they are a variety pack because that allows me to use them on other equally riled areas of different sizes. Great to keep a bunch in dance or sports bags, school backpack, or purse.

These stay on very well and will even last in the shower as long as i am careful on the edges. They stick well and help keep the blister protected until it heals.

They are slick on the outside which helps shoes and socks move smoothly over them. I have one pair that rubs at the backs of my heels, and another pair that need the soles replaced.

Waterproof is a huge bonus for me. They primarily relieve the rubbing but don't necessarily supply cushioning. They are discreet for light skin. The downside to that, however, is that it leaves behind a slightly sticky residue.

Cons

The gel and padding is not that much thick. It flattens up pretty quickly.
