Cons at first the part of the bite valve that twists for lock leaked a bit after a while it stopped

In my case it works perfectly the sternum strap avoids the shoulder straps from coming out and almost all the weight is in my hip originally the clip that holds the hose is below the sternum strap but if yo look carefully you can release it at put it on top

Another nice touch is the path you put your hoses thru you can actually choose the place there are 4 you want your hoses to come out from
