Pros & Cons

Pros

These curved scissors are amazing! They are so sharp and the curve is perfect for trimming my bichon. The scissors are gently curved. Scissors are well crafted.

I use them about once a week on our bichon frise. Have a long haired shih tzu, so they work beautiful.

Also have a pair of his thinning shears. These are right handed shears regardless if used in the right or left hand. They are sharp and clearly better quality than the $14-$40 range shear.

I have small hands and was having problems with my hands when my hairdresser said get a smaller scissor. They fit my long fingers and are easy to use. The rubber stopper and finger rings are nice for control purposes.

Cons

Scissors say they're 7. They are only 7, and the blade is 3. I groom professionally and was very disappointed when these arrived 1 week late. Croc is a million times better…more money, but worth it!

I needed lefty shears for some time but most of them are unaffordable for a pet owner who does her own grooming

I had it in my headmind that the reason for curved shears would be to trimclip the dogs hair such as the top knot on a poodle in my right hand and that the tippoint of the shears would curve away from the dog

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

These are curved so that the curvepoint is towards the dog when held in the right hand

I can flip them around to have the point face up towards the ceiling but the pinky rest is then on top and not useable

Not a huge issue but if explaining this helps someone as it would of me im putting it in the review
