We had been using another duel voltage converter which would get hot and was difficult to plug in to receptacles in other countries because of the way the receptacle was placed in the room and the shape of the converter

The converter is much bulkier than a simple travel adapter at 3 x 6 x 1

It worked fine providing good input and the four usb ports also worked fine
