Pros
Light weight, easy to carry,easy to use, and super sturdy. I just hope it holds up.
The colors are distinguishable from one another. Perfect for learning to hold a writing utensil without worrying about them coloring on something else. Great to learn shapes and colors on.
Grandkids are 18 months to 3 yrs. I love it because it's mess free. Our 3 year old loves it!
Cons
The multi-color feature is the only thing that makes this product seem cool. Bright colors and bold lines in the product picture are very misleading. Very frustrating for little hands.
The string detached from pen so now there's no way to keep the pen with the board. The slider is not smooth. What really irritates me is that it does not erase!
Plastic. I agree with the reviews that the product is flimsy. This board is so cheaply made.
