Simple to assemble, easy to use. It feels sturdy and is easy to adjust. The frame is really sturdy and the adjustability meant that i could have a go too.

My segway said delivered and signed for but i was out all day with my children so i dont know what happened to it but i didnt recieve it i sent and email to explain they sent me a form to fill out and sent me another segway which is great because id of lost 200 pound
