Pros & Cons
Pros
"this thing saves my sanity. It works good. It's worth having" reviewer says he uses it daily and it's a great addition to his nt.
These work well to adapt a rotary tool to a bit. The fit and finish is top notch. I like the polished finish as it matches the rest of my driver set.
The ball detent holds the bit securely in place. Holds bits more securely than magnetic holders. It also has a strong clam ping mechanism.
Cons
The connection between rachet or 1/4 extension is flimsy. Putting this in my junk drawer now it is worthless.

I used the included bit adaptor one time and it promptly broke not only was it not magnetized but it just had a tiny wimpy pin inside to keep the bit in place

The one i received didnt seem to have as much of step down in diameter from the square recess to the hex recess as the illustration

Also the axial knurling had been changed to cross hatched knurling at the square recess end which is probably provides a better grip to pull out a hex bit
