Requiring hdmi cable on top of usb cable for power is a bit of downside but it enables this monitor to work with any device with hdmi output

One of the bags was ripped open and the plug for the power was connected to the wall mount adapter

Part of the internal box was separated at the perforated edge from the rest of the box i also noticed a few small scuff marks on the screen edges

Anyway when i attempted to turn the unit on nothing happened i tried the power plug tried usb from computer and a power bank i specifically bought for this item

I called amazon to see if i was doing something wrong after speaking with the phone rep they said another would be shipped out to me

I asked about the item being new and was told this is a brand new item
