The quality of the cable is vastly superior to what i had before, and naturally isp bears the brunt of responsibility for the less-than-paid-for speeds. Outdoor and direct burial rated as well.
Cons
Cca copper clad is not for poe application. It feels like the outer shell is made out of solid pvc.
