Most other packs were in multiples of 10 so i would have either had too few or too many which isnt a bad thing to have extra of but i knew i didnt even need all 24 so 30 would have been overkill

I dug out my old but very good 12mp camera and it does no better than my phone of attempting to get a good macro shot of the end of the rj45

Gear it is using the cat5 configuration rj45 made for 24awg wire only but remember that staggering of the pins seen on the newer cat6 rated connectors are to allow for the use of 23awg wire that it optional in cat6 but not mandatory

My two complaints are that i would like the 24 pack to not be individually bagged it is just wasteful

Second is has not been a problem yet but the release tab is a bit short sometime the snagless cover hits the end of the tab making it hard to push down
