Pros & Cons
Pros
They operate smoothly without too much resistance yet don't flop loose when i let go of my staffs. Found zero complaints. No complaint at all.
Cons
Staff hangs down about half the length of the chord in the retractor, so much that it drags on ground. Not strong enough retraction to hold up an aluminum staff.
Highlights
Quality
Strong and sturdy with multiple ways to connect it to a belt
Great product that will help keep your wading staff close by and will not break
I bought one of these gear keepers a year ago and the threaded screw pin on the back recently broke
I believe they make one of these in aluminum and is probably more sturdy
Competitiveness
I researched the other brands offered but this still appears to be the best model
