However they were wound so tightly i had to manually untwist them constantly to get them to reach their full 20feet length

When the light strings mom had used with them died i went through all sorts of contortions to try to get them to work

Finally read somewhere that the solution was that the lights had to be american made and that ge was the only company that made them here
