Pros

Easy to install and easy to set up. Super simple setup.

Ge smart lightbulbs and smart plugs work fabulous. I am fully invested into the philips hue as well. If one needs to change a bulb’s function, an easy process exists.

Pairing them to the app is seamless. Works very well with google home. Since it doubles as a hub, it helps integrate other c by ge devices into my smart home.

Cons

It disconnects from alexa all the time. You have to restart the app constantly. Could see network & wouldn’t connect even within 40’ of router.

Not dependable. It's utterly ridiculous. I have strong wifi so it’s not that. Good is that?

Three to four times per week i have to reset both the c by ge and google home apps and manually factory reset the plug. The plug itself works but it doesn't work well on wifi and will not work with alexa.
