For the size and btu size, it works really good and had kept our bedroom comfy during hot days.

Easy to install, woks great, needed a little weather stripping to seal around the edges for an air tight seal.

Definitely not like those old school huge clunky ac units that weighed 50 pounds from back in the day.

The filter is ridiculous, and you have to remove the front housing to check the coils for lint.
