Ive lost 18kg at the same time as packing on loads of muscle dropped my hypertension medications and feeling better than ive done in over twenty years😁getting into ketosis and staying there is challenging i found monitoring with urine sticks helped so much unfortunately after five weeks the sticks stopped turning purple

So i brought a pack the good news was i was still in ketosis the bad news was the price each sticks work out to be £1

I used to test my urine twice a day so itd cost me almost £100 a month😱 which is clearly crazyi eventually decided after doing some research that a breath meter may not be a useless piece of rubbish after all
