Pros & Cons

Pros

The adjustable resistance makes this a great value. I am recovering from carpal tunnel surgery; this is a good strength hand exerciser. Handle width is also adjustable.

I still think it is a little pricey even though it is one of the cheaper ones of of its kind. But once your warmed up, this grip offers a lot for the money. It's the only one i can use it daily.

Cons

Both handles are incredibly uncomfortable. Back of the middle rod dips and bits the inside of the handle upon return. Not worth the high price, but quality a little better than other plastic grippers.

There are no clear instructions on the packaging so i had to rely on the instructions provided in the amazon listing

Competitiveness

Comparing it to one of a traditional shape with the spring on top this thing off is way more resistance and gave dropped it on ...  Read More

I was looking at a variety of these and finally decided against the cheaper alternatives

Certainly did not need the more expensive dual spring heavy duty model by the same company
