Pros & Cons
Pros
The adjustable resistance makes this a great value. I am recovering from carpal tunnel surgery; this is a good strength hand exerciser. Handle width is also adjustable.
Works as advertised. Also directions are not so clear but the seller answered my questions quickly.
Its frame is made from a strong plastic, with a steel compression coil spring. The arms and body are a fairly heavy grade plastic, making it appear durable.

I still think it is a little pricey even though it is one of the cheaper ones of of its kind. But once your warmed up, this grip offers a lot for the money. It's the only one i can use it daily.

Works very well abd feels sturdy so should he long lasting
This is a high quality product with a professional feel
It feels like fiber reinforced polymer not just thick plastic
I have owned about 10 grip exercisers in my lifetime but all of them suffered broken springs within one year of purchasing
Price
I think it was the best bang for the buck and im very happy i went with this one

A bit pricey but as i say quality over quantity
Packaging/appearance
There are no clear instructions on the packaging so i had to rely on the instructions provided in the amazon listing
Competitiveness
Comparing it to one of a traditional shape with the spring on top this thing off is way more resistance and gave dropped it on ... Read More
I was looking at a variety of these and finally decided against the cheaper alternatives
Certainly did not need the more expensive dual spring heavy duty model by the same company
