My unit arrived with a suspected defective acdc power adapter and magsafe 2 cable

Either those two were bad or the battery bank itself was bad

The battery bank would not charge when i plugged it into the wall so i was only able to test the product using the charge that was there from the factory around 80

My macbooks would not charge when using the magsafe 2 connector

I was able to charge my macbooks using the magsafe 1 connector with a magsafe 1 to magsafe 2 converter i had so i figured the magsafe 2 cable was busted

It was difficult to get customer support to help me find a solution

I told them that the magsafe 2 cable did not work and that the battery bank would not charge from the acdc adapter
